Stephanie Homemaker Cunningham

Yes, we have left a lot of modern conveniences back in the states...especially when it comes to cooking, but Stephanie has been working her magic.  She has figured out how to make a lot of familiar dishes with substitutions and work arounds.  

We've had: Homemade donuts, cinnamon rolls, banana bread, pumpkin bread, apple pie, homemade buns, and rolls, homemade pizza, corn pudding, and the list goes on.  

I'm pretty proud considering everything is from scratch and one minute the gas stove is barely squeaking out the gas and the next it is blowing out like a fire hose...and without any temperature settings or indicators.

As Martha (insider-trader) Stewart would say, "It's a good thing."
